Debt Rescue Platinum offers clients who have vehicle finance, or a home loan, or a debt review monthly repayment of R5000 or more, with a premium debt review service like no other. This is a first in South Africa and it is exactly like private banking, raising the convenience of your debt review process to a level never seen before in our country.
Unique benefits of being a Platinum Client:
Dedicated Relationship Manager
You will have your own Dedicated Relationship Manager (like a Personal Banker), who will look after you throughout the whole debt review process. You will have the option to choose between an Afrikaans or English contact person.
You can contact your Relationship Manager directly, via WhatsApp text or voicenote, email or direct cellphone line, with any questions or concerns that you might have. Any concerns will be resolved speedily, as Your Relationship Manager will have priority support from all departments.
Your Relationship Manager will be familiar with your unique circumstances and you will never have the hassle of dealing with a call centre or numerous people working on your account, explaining your situation repeatedly.
Extended Business Hours
As an asset owner, your demanding schedule often leaves little time to manage personal matters during office hours.
Being a Platinum Client, you will have access to extended business hours and you would be able to liaise with your Relationship Manager from 07:30 – 20:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 – 13:00 on Saturdays.

The Platinum Asset Protection Team will be working in the background to ensure that the process runs smoothly and that your assets are protected.
This team consists of, inter alia, 30 debt counsellors, 4 in-house Attorneys, 4 in-house ex Senior Bankers, and a Chartered Accountant.
Free Samsung Galaxy Smartphone
Platinum Clients who apply for debt review and are not currently under debt review, will qualify to receive a free Samsung Galaxy smartphone. The device will be delivered after three consecutive months of successful debt review payments.
