Terms & Conditions
- Two winners will be selected each month to receive R50,000 each:
- One member of the general public
- One new client of Debt Rescue or Skuldhulp in that month (higher chance of being selected)
- One prize is open to any South African resident; one prize is for new clients signed up with Debt Rescue or Skuldhulp in that month.
- Entry into this campaign requires you to submit your personal story explaining how R50,000 could change your financial situation, by completing the official entry form on the Debt Rescue or Skuldhulp website.
- Open to new clients of Debt Rescue or Skuldhulp, as well as South African residents aged 18 or older (1 prize per category)
- Employees of Debt Rescue, Skuldhulp, their affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Winners are selected by a panel based on the sincerity, impact, and emotional appeal of their stories. The panel's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into with regards to the panel’s decision.
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone by the 20th of the following month.
- Payment will be made within 2 business days of the winner being chosen and contact being confirmed with the winner.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 calendar days, a replacement winner will be chosen.
- Existing clients of Debt Rescue or Skuldhulp who became clients prior to the campaign start date can enter under the category for the general public.
- Only one entry is allowed per person for the duration of the campaign.
- Debt Rescue and Skuldhulp are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants in relation to the giveaway.
- Debt Rescue and Skuldhulp reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
- Participation in this campaign in the new client category is contingent upon Debt Rescue’s or Skuldhulps’s approval of your application as a new client, in accordance with our standard client acceptance procedures.
- Personal information will be used according to Debt Rescue’s and Skuldhulp’s privacy policies and will not be shared without consent.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
